Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order for 7 days from the date the order was placed. This does not apply to bespoke items which are specifically made to order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

We accept a range of credit and debit cards. Card transactions are handled by Cardsave www.cardsave.com who have highly secure systems. You may send your credit card information via phone or by post. Please do not send this information by email as this is not secure.
Shipping And Handling Carriage is charged according to the weight and destination. This is calculated and added to the total before you finally place your order.
Delivery Schedule We try to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days although we aim to dispatch all stock orders within 2 business days. If there is going to be any delay in sending your order we will contact you to let you know. We will give you an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. International orders are generally received in around 10 days. If you need items urgently please email us at the time of placing an order so that we can use a guaranteed or next day service. There may be an additional charge for this.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers entered on this site are handled by Cardsave www.cardsave.com who operate a highly secure system Numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.

“You” and “your” relates to the natural person reading this document that is: considering purchasing, has purchased from Spectrum Wellbeing or is making an enquiry.

Returns Policy Any items damaged in transit will of course be replaced by us. Under UK law you have the right to return an item within 7 days of your receiving it. When it arrives back with us in good condition we will refund that item to your credit or debit card you used to pay for your order. Please let us know before you send any item back so that we can connect it with your order.
