We are selling our yurt that we no longer require as a storage space and hope to find it a good new home.
It is nearly 20 years old but last autumn we completely renewed the canvas. The frame is strongly made of ash wood. The walls are in three pieces which can be folded down like a concertina. The wooden wheel at the top has been completely remade using oak and parts of the ash door frame have been replaced also using oak.
The yurt is 12 feet in diameter (about 360cm). The wall is about five feet high (150cm) and the maximum internal height is 8 feet 6 inches (260cm) which makes the internal space very useable.
The buyer will need to collect and it can be viewed in Reading.
