You are very welcome to visit us but please contact us first to make an appointment to ensure that we will be available. If we are not available on the telephone you will be able to leave a message on an answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible and certainly within 3 working days.

Buying from Us

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You may send your credit card information via phone snail mail or over the Internet. Please do not send this information by email as this is not secure. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. You will be transferred to the secure Sage Paysite which liaises with Streamline operated by Natwest Bank.If you prefer please telephone or write to us to place an order. Payment can be made by card or by UK cheque or postal order.

Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order for 7 days from the date the order was placed. This does not apply to bespoke items which are specifically made to order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

International Orders

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. We accept several credit and debit cards.

Delivery Costs

Carriage is charged according to the weight and destination. This is calculated and added to the total before you finally place your order.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days although we aim to dispatch all stock orders within 2 business days. Lighter orders are sent by first class UK post or by airmail for international orders. For heavier orders we use carriers.

If there is going to be any delay in sending your order we will contact you to let you know. We will give you an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel or amend your order if you would prefer not to wait. If you need items urgently please contact us at the time of placing an order. We can use guaranteed next working day services at an additional charge if you request this.

Keeping Your Data Safe

Spectrum Wellbeing do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on the shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Email addresses and all other information is stored securely.
