Worry stones or palm stones are pieces of crystal that have been shaped and polished to show the beauty of the stones used and to fit ergonomically into the hand. Many people find worry stones a comfort and support as well as being beautiful objects. As they are smooth and polished, palm stones are easy to hold in the hand or carry in a pocket.
Most of our worry stones (pal;m stones) are about 70mm (nearly 3 inches) long but some are available in a smaller size. They are sometimes known as palm stones. Small worry stones like the lapis lazuli in the photo are made with a polished indentation. These are sometimes know as thumb stones. They can be held in your hand with your thumb in the indentation.
